Measurable targets are targets with allocated unequivocal measures and
single person's responsibility. Information about the progress in planned
tasks can be obtained instantly.
Defining measurable targets oneself is difficult and for many big
organisations even impossible. We help in precise defining of strategic
targets, business processes' targets and project targets.
Reliable reports.
Reliable reports are factual and current reports, which are essential in
management practice. The reliability of reports is contingent on two key
factors (both core competence of Prometriq):
· Exact determination of the measure so that its value equals the
economic reality and
· Exact measure of the value in order to eliminate misinformation
(preferably directly from IT systems registering conducted actions).
Reliable measures necessitate elimination of errors and misjudgement. The
choice and modification of measures is the processes connected with
expanding the organisation. The statement: "The most important issues cannot
be measured" is false. Reports including reliable measures determine right
decisions through the right estimation.
Secure decisions.
There is no guarantee of secure decisions. The risk connected with business
decisions is always the decision maker's risk. It is the advisor's role to
help minimising it. Prometriq will not replace the business institution as
such, but may provide managers with factual and current data to make even

is the combination of advisory and IT competence, which enables companies to
